SUOMEN MUOVITUOTE OY

Since 1996 Suomen Muovituote has produced different plastic components using injection moulding technology. The company is owned by its Managing Director Jarkko Eilola, and made a turnover of €1,1m in 2008.

PRODUCTION

We operate in our own industrial hall in Teuva, Finland. We use our customer’s drawings, or we can design the mould with 3D/Cad/Cam programmes to ensure an innovative and effective result. We provide to our customer complete mould service starting a mould design and ending to complete product.

We mould PP, LDPE, HDPE and also technical plastics like PC, TPE, TPU and ABS. Product weights are from 1 g to 3.7 kg.

We use two-component techniques to make a product from two different materials or colours. We also combine metal and plastic and different plastics.

With two-step moulding we can save handling and components. We have an automatic raw material handling system for our moulding machines.

Our range of machines enables fast delivery times by using moulds in several machines.
